Hello there! My name is Farah Musharbash and I'm studying Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. My hometown is Oakville Ontario, although I grew up in the capital city of Jordan, Amman. When I'm not stuck studying or in lectures, you can find me on the basketball court, in the research lab or out with friends. My experience with Heart 4 Heart has been very satisfying and rewarding. It's an honour for me to work with amazing people all united by a common cause.
St. Francis of Assisi once said, "For it is in giving that we receive."
Welcome! My name is Ryan Noh and I am a student at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. My hometown is London, Ontario but I’ve also lived in various parts of the world including South Korea, New Zealand, Vancouver, and Montreal. I am both excited and honoured to be a part of our terrific group of student volunteers across Canada who work tirelessly to improve and extend the lives of children born with heart defects. I highly recommend you to join our team too - I promise it will be a rewarding experience!
"Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end."
Greetings! My name is Nancy and I am a law student currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree, and who happens to be very fond of cats, coffee and long walks along the beach. Having seen the tremendous growth of Heart 4 Heart Charity since its birth at McGill University in 2013, I am endlessly inspired by the dedication of my peers in Montréal and across our North American chapters. I take immense pride in serving on the Board of Heart 4 Heart as its mandate remains dear to my heart. I wish for Heart 4 Heart to continue aspiring towards raising awareness and spurring the movement to grant the gift of life and possibility to every child, and I firmly believe that passion, kindness and a dash of creativity will bring the biggest dreams to fruition.
Rebecca has completed her enrollment in Life Sciences, majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology at McGill University. She is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia but has fully embraced life in Montreal. She loves playing on both basketball and soccer intramural teams while being a part of the choir, Les Muses Chorale. This past summer she has enjoyed working in a learning assistance center at a local elementary school in West Vancouver. Rebecca has always found it important to give back to the community and is looking forward to working with the Heart 4 Heart team.
