Hi everyone! My name is Anne-Sophie and I am one of the co-founders and co-presidents of Heart4Heart Sherbrooke. I am from Montreal, and I attended McGill for both my B.Sc. in Physiology and M.Sc. in Experimental Surgery before starting my medical degree at Université de Sherbrooke in 2021. A bit about me: my favourite things to do in my free time are to paint, read books, go on runs, hang out with my friends and eat yummy food. My friend Emma and I decided to create the Heart4Heart Sherbrooke chapter to have a concrete and tangible impact on children suffering from congenital heart conditions around the world. I am so excited to embark on this journey with Heart4Heart and I look forward to hosting fun fundraisers which will help so many children! 🤍
Hi! I’m Emma and I’m a co-president of the Sherbrooke chapter alongside Anne-Sophie. I’m born and raised in Montreal, and graduated from McGill University before starting medical school at Université de Sherbrooke where I’m currently in my third year of studies. On my free time I love going for runs, playing electric guitar and being a cat mom to my cat Millie 🐈⬛ I chose to get involved with Heart4Heart because we get the opportunity to come together as a community to help a child get the care that they deserve. Every fund raised has an impact and through this organization we can truly turn the life around of a child in need! I am looking forward to raising awareness on congenital heart disease and seeing what we can achieve together at Université de Sherbrooke.
